When will assessments be delivered?
Assessments will be delivered within the delivery window (February – March 2026). Confirm your delivery details to ensure smooth coordination.
What if our delivery location changes?
Update your delivery information via the Check Status / Delivery Confirmation page as soon as possible.
What if we are in a remote area?
Delivery coordination covers all regions. Ensure your delivery location and contact details are accurately confirmed.
When will teachers access the platform?
Platform access is coordinated ahead of results release. Complete onboarding as shared by the onboarding team.
How are reports shared?
Reports are available on the PSL reporting platform. Ensure your school is onboarded to access them.
Do we need internet during assessment?
Paper assessments do not require internet during the assessment. Internet may be needed for platform access and reports.
Can learner numbers change after printing?
Once printing is finalized, learner numbers are locked. Verify your order details before the printing finalization date.
What happens if we add learners late?
Contact the onboarding or support team. Late additions may be subject to availability and process constraints.
